Description

SALES AND SERVICE ENGINEER
(AFTER SALES)

Responsibilities:

Develop and build rapport with existing customers and prospect for the continuation of service business.

Promote the maintenance and service contract service with the aim to secure sign-on contract after delivery of products and system

Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls

Recommend preventive measures and provide technical advice on maintenance and parts

Provide prompt and effective solution to equipment maintenance, part replacement as well as proposal of replacement equipment’s

Manage weekly delivery schedule with effective cost to customers

Run brief technical training to users, site maintenance personnel or team on the company products and systems

Update service information and follow up with clients on after sales service

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree of Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4 years of working experience in related field.

Experienced in a oil palm industry would be an advantage

Good attitude, independent and able to do multitask job.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
